To produce our aircraft parts, we use the most up to date Fiber Laser technology to cut steel and aluminum pieces with extremely high precision!

Our jobs start with a Solidworks CAD design. Then files are uploaded to the CNC laser cutting machines. We cut flat parts, as well as, round, square, rectangle tubes, channel and angle pieces up to 20' in length. Bracket bending is accomplished by our brake presses and tube bending with our hydraulic bender.

For welding, we use an advanced fiber laser welder and tig welder depending on the type of joint and material.
